I do not understand if their trying to be funny or are actually serious. If they being serious they are dum for stating that the real Prop 8 did something well in changing traditional ways that might of harmed the majority. If they are not serious than thank god!
Obviously this group is just making a statement which had precedent set by the passing of proposition 8. I found this video very interesting and reminded me of one of the videos posted earlier which used the example of prohibiting divorce. I like the "in your face" method, and I thought they conveyed their point well.
In response to Alysi's comment, I wish you would expand a little more on, "they are dum for stating that the real Prop 8 did something well in changing traditional ways that might of harmed the majority." I don't believe this group is saying prop 8 is beneficial to traditional values and hurting the majority. Based on history technically passing prop 8 DOES uphold "traditional values" but this group is arguing that this hurts the minority, in this case gays/lesbians, not the majority. And either way, it would be nice to hear a little more explanation when you call a group "dum." That way I can more easily understand the point you are trying to make, and we can have an analytical and beneficial conversation free of blanket statements that don't really propel us any further into the issue.
