I stumbled across this website. It's obviously not very accurate, but it's quite interesting to look at. As of a moment ago, John McCain was not favored in a single country.

This is very interesting! I just checked the site and in the poll in which it says "if the world could vote", Barack Obama is in the lead. Barack Obama is winning with 86.8% and McCain is losing by 13.2%.
